After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to receive order, you will receive tracking number with order. Indian hair may take 5-7 business days.

The J-Collection only ships to the address provided via PayPal, after orders are placed you are unable to change the shipping address.

*All deliveries must be signed for.

The J-Collection is not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, or natural disaster delays due to the holiday.
